Pragati Maidan is India’s largest and most prestigious exhibition and convention center. It is located in the heart of New Delhi, the capital of India. It is spread over an area of 140 acres and has 17 exhibition halls with a total covered area of 1 lakh square meters.

Pragati Maidan was inaugurated in 1972 by the then Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. It was built to host the first India International Trade Fair (IITF), which is held every year in November-December. History of Pragati Maidan
